From November 1st, 2022, Starting #100dayhealthchallenge. From Today to the next 100 days, I'll avoid Outside's fast food. I'll try to walk 20,000 steps every day. Today, My Weight is 72Kg, I'm expecting at least 4-5 Kg of Weight loss.

Dear diary, it was day 6 out of 100dayhealthchallenge. Today was sunday. This morning i didn't gone for walking and running. But in evening, i walked 2 hours countinously. Today, i really done a great job .
