Returning to the company after the failure of my business feels like a bitter pill to swallow. It's a constant reminder of my shortcomings and mistakes. As I walk through the familiar halls, I can't help but feel a sense of shame and disappointment. I see my former colleagues, many of whom I once led, thriving and succeeding, while I struggle to pick up the pieces of my shattered dreams. It's a humbling experience, and I can't help but wonder where I went wrong. I know I have to put on a brave face and keep going, but it's hard to shake off the feeling that I've let myself and others down.
